JPL Flavours is pleased to officially announce the appointment of Stephen Catling as a Non-Executive Director. This strategic addition to the team comes at a pivotal time as JPL Flavours celebrates a landmark year with a 18% sales growth year on year, and a 33% expansion in its workforce.
Stephen Catling, a renowned figure in the food and drink industry, brings exceptional leadership and strategic insight to the JPL team. With a career spanning over three decades, Catling has held several prominent positions, including European Product Development Manager at Mondelez Germany (1987-1990), Divisional President Flavours at Danisco (1991-2003), and CEO at ABF Ingredients (2003-2014). Since 2014, Catling has specialised in consultancy, mergers, acquisitions and advisory services within the food ingredients and speciality chemical sectors. Catling’s recent roles include Non-Executive Directorships and Chairmanships at leading organisations such as Oceanium, Condimentum Ltd, BRAIN Biotech and Arborea, where he has contributed significantly to their strategic growth.
Stephen Catling’s appointment coincides with JPL Flavours announcement of record sales for the last financial year, marking a period of extraordinary growth and achievement for the company.
